This book teaches how to easily hot burnish gold foil permanently onto silver objects, and raw sheet for soldering and building patterned jewelry with. It is a very rapid, easy method of adding the buttery richness of 24k gold to your silver and gold objects. This incredibly simple designing technique was re-introduced to the West from Korea in the 1980’s. It lets you make pictures and patterns using pure 24k gold foil placed onto other metals as well, including steel, platinum, palladium, 14K, 18K and other gold alloys, aluminum and even copper. American Craft Council of Fellows in Metal

This exhibition offers the first opportunity to study the contributions of 21 Fellows in a single medium. 1993 was celebrated nationwide (USA) as the "Year of the American Craft".

At the time of this exhibition the most recent election of the Fellows was in May 1992 and brought the College to 142 members (109 Fellows and 33 Honorary Fellows). American Craft Council named its first Fellows in 1975; the ACC was founded in 1943.

A few of the 21 Fellows represented in the exhibition were Adda Husted-Andersen, Hans Christensen, Margret Craver, Alma Eikerman, Phillip Fiske, Arline Fisch, C. Carl Jennings, Kurt Matzdorf, Ruth Penington, Heikki Seppa, Richard Thomas and Francis Whitaker.
