Tablets contain 23 mg of Praziquantel, the vet-recommended treatment for removing tapeworms from cats and kittens age 6 weeks and older. Dosage is based on animal's weight: 4 pounds and under, 1/2 tablet; 5-11 pounds, 1 tablet; more than 11 pounds 1.5 tablets.
Fleas cause tapeworms in cats. Be sure to treat your cat for fleas regularly.
