Our turn-key heavy duty solid fuel forge will give you years and years of service. The 24" hood is made of 21 gauge steel, 26" high with an 8" diameter flue pipe. The forge legs and frame are fabricated from 1/4" steel. The hearth bed is 3/16" thick and measures: 24" wide X 30" long X 3“ high. Forge also comes with an installed 11-1/2 X 14” Lorance cast iron firepot (Depth: 3-7/8; Outside Bowl Dia. At Hearth Line: 9-1/2 X 12) with clinker attached, a dumping ash gate and tuyere---all installed! Our tuyere is made from a 1/4" standard cold steel welded T with welded flange. We use high heat paint on our forges to minimize exposure to harmful paint fumes while keeping up a professional appearance.
