Valley Hot Box II Propane Gas Forge, 1 Burner with Rear Port

The stainless steel back door allows bar stock to be heated in the center and automatically closes to conserve heat when stock is removed. The Hot Box burns approximately 1 pound of fuel per hour and is venturi operated so no blower is needed. The Hot Box has an electronic igniter and non-asbestos liner with durable reflective one-piece bottom brick. Welding does not require pressure adjustment and forge reaches welding heat quickly.

Valley Hot Box Quantum Forge, 2 Burner with Rear Port

This forge is an excellent choice for the serious competitor in forging competitions or for blacksmith work. The burners are set closer together than the Magnum to concentrate the heat. The venturies are angled back to reduce space needed in a shoer's truck. The Quantum has an electronic igniter and non-asbestos liner with durable reflective one-piece bottom brick. Welding does not require pressure adjustment and forge reaches welding heat quickly. The Quantum burns approximately 1-1/2 pounds of fuel per hour and does not have dual burner controls. The stainless steel back door allows bar stock to be heated in the center.

Fisher High Pressure Regulator, 3 - 35 psi

Model # 67CH-743. This is a basic regulator with a handwheel adjustment. Its capacity is 750,000 BTU/HR for propane based on inlet pressure 20 psig (1.4 bar) greater than outlet with 20% drop; Liquid capacity = 3.5 GPH. The Outlet Pressure Setting in Psig (bar) is 20 (1,4). The Outlet Adjustment Range in Psig (bar) is 3 - 35 (0.21 - 2.4). The outlet pressure is permanently calibrated on the spring case allowing visual adjustment of the outlet pressure without having to use a pressure gauge. The unit is ideal for service where gauge breakage is a problem.

The 67C Series regulators are suitable for liquid or vapor service, the 67C Series high pressure (pounds to pounds) regulators are used on a variety of applications. All types within the Series have a 1/4" FNPT side outlet in which a pressure gauge (J500 Series) can be installed. The compact size of the 67C makes it particularly useful on installations where space is limited.

The regulator design utilizes precise guiding of the valve plug to provide close regulation and high performance.

Note: 67C Series regulators do not have an internal relief valve. These
units should not be installed in fixed piping serving 1/2 psig (0.03 bar)
appliance systems.
